DESCRIPTION

We will use the 5Rhythms® Waves and Heartbeat Maps to move through and heal the mysterious relationship between all of this. It will be a juicy exploration integrating these three energy streams into our daily lives with embodied self-compassion and courage. We can´t think our way through this process. It takes time to harmonize body, mind and spirit.  

By becoming more present, aware and embodied through the Waves practice, we get more and more comfortable with the energy in motion of our hearts.  

To embody the Joy and Compassion of a balanced material, sexual and spiritual life, we must first learn to move through the fear, anger and sadness of our hidden stories around money, sex and power.

Pre-requisites: at least 10 Waves hours with an accredited 5Rhythms® teacher. (This is not the place to start your 5Rhythms journey.)  

This Workshop counts with 14 Waves and 14 Heartbeat hours (or 2,5 Heartbeat days) for a 5Rhythms® teacher training.
