Lyrical: A Foundation of Essence

A one day 5Rhythms® workshop w/ Erik Iversen

The fourth rhythm has a certain undefined quality. Lyrical has been evolving more than any of the 5Rhythms. After chaos, lyrical offers a clear energy shift, lighter up energy. This quality of weightlessness I associate with my essence state, an untouched place deep inside I yearn for.

During this day long investigation of Lyrical we will cultivate this

energetic journey to weightlessness. How can I maintain my foundation and reach a light space in my body? How can I move into trance, even ecstasy?

In my style of sharing we’ll breathe, ground and play together

using all 5Rhythms to explore Lyrical. Let’s keep this Rhythm evolving!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
