Are you looking or longing for Love? Are you clinging to or rejecting Love? Do you have a perfect story to prove it right? Who are you without your patterns and stories?

The invitation for this 5Rhythms® weekend is to allow the dance to peel, melt and shed skin and layers with the purpose to connect with the core center and inner ground of yourself.

In this inner place words and stories can't label or describe your experience. The only language present is the movement, the expression and awareness of your own body and breath that will guide you, softly, clearly, subtly or directly if you are willing to listen.

In this dance workshop we use the 5Rhythms® maps and magic of the non-verbal language of movement in the exploration and investigation of love's different shapes, forms, feelings and layers.
