Half day Waves workshop on Bastille day!

The 5Rhythms is like Jazz – embodied, expressive, creative, soulful, inspired. It is a truly dynamic movement practice.

We’ll dance into the different energetics that exist organically within the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness moving on our own, with a partner and as a group.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
