We will be practicing our dance, our life in the south of France, We will dance every day in a tent, with time to relax in nature. You can camp in your tent, caravan of camper or stay over in hostels nearby. This is the first time for this festival to happen, it is an adventure to create this together! A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
