In the hills outside the city of Reggio Emilia where I have lead day workshops in the past. 

This time we are offering a week end workshop with the possibility to sleep in the hall, in the b&b on the property or in a nearby b&b. 

Weather permitting we will work inside and outside. Exploring our intimacy with ourselves, another, the group, our environment and spirituality.

I will teach in Italian and English if necessary.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
