DESCRIPTION
How do we return to our heart's basic innocence? How to allow ourselves to give from the heart with openness? How to untwist ourselves and our emotional world so we can tap the high octane fuel of our awakened, innocent hearts that long to give unconditionally to ourselves, life and others?
We will follow the Heartbeat map, inviting the essential e-motions of fear, anger, sadness, joy to move through us, clearing the way for a deep and abiding compassion for this precious life.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
