As we move to include all parts of our experience we can open up to a new strength of Being. Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms maps will guide our exploration and show how we embrace or separate ourselves from the eternal flow of life. This gives us choice. As well as plenty of dancing indoors to a range of wonderful music, we will move outdoors and visit the dramatic beach at Welcombe Mouth. Welcombe Village Hall in North Devon is a lovely bright and modern space for dance. Our nearby camping field and gorgeous dreamy garden with luxury private outdoor shower, compost loo and sheltered camp kitchen offer the very best you could wish for on a nature retreat. If you don't have a tent or camper van, ask about the hut, which may be available for a small extra charge.
