In our Nature is a journey through the elemental map of 5Rhythms®- Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether. Connecting with these elements within us and also around us is a potent way to gather as women in these times.
The 5Rhythms® and principles of Somatic Experiencing will be the holy ground on which we travel, connecting with the innate intelligence and power of our bodies, receiving sustenance from the dance and each other. This is an invitation to move and be with whatever is present for you- be it rest, wild dances, a particular life stage or simple connection to yourself and other women.
