A 5 Rhthyms® series in Alicante with Irene Hernández Sánchez

A series of 2 workshops to explore the path between the Inside and the Outside, the Feminine and the Masculine, the Yin and the Yan, Giving adn Receiving, the Subtle and the Obvious, The Body and The Spirit. Investigating the tones, layers and stratum which shape us as moving beings, through the ritual collective dance. Appreciating these unique parts of oursleves which make us be who we are, letting them coming out in the interaction with the group, giving them shape, attention and breathe, freeing them to free ourselves; embodying the mystery of breath and movement.

WHERE: Ahimsa* Calle Tridente, nº12, local 9 (timbre 201) Cabo de las Huertas, Alicante. *If the group os bigger than 15 people the workshops will be in antoher venue.
