DESCRIPTION

 IN*BOD*Y

5 Days to explore how our identity is woven into our bodies, hearts, minds and souls.

5 Nights to share, be seen and witness each other as we unravel the mystery that is us.

5Rhythms© to guide us in this investigation, to help us untangle resistance, unearth treasures, uncover our potential and power, and get comfortable with the wilderness and wonder we all hold...

A retreat centre located on vast veins of crystal to energetically support us.

A retreat space tenderly held by two dynamic and devoted teachers, opening the way to a deeper experience of what it can mean to be human.

Morning yoga, a massage therapist on-site, art materials available for inspired expressions, a sauna, a pond, great food, comfortable rooms or camping, and the company of open-hearted humans willing to dive deeply into their Waves…

All this in a beautiful country setting where all you have to do is show up and dance.

Peter Fodera has danced to the edge and back, and now brings his artful vision, vast experience and lust for life in service to the 5Rhythms practice.

Lynne Adams is a professional shape-shifter aka an actor whose teaching is multi-dimensional and fun. They both believe in the power of community, co-creation and compassion. Together they’re offering this exploration of breath, body and beat at the intersection of spirit, imagination and manifestation.

WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
