DESCRIPTION

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming 5Rhythms workshop, where we will explore the pulsating energy of Staccato Rhythm and ignite the element of fire within us. This workshop is a chance to move with intention, reclaim our inner energy, and express ourselves with passion and clarity.

During the workshop, we will cut through the vagueness and confusion we sometimes feel in the body and explore how we show up in the world without apology or compromise. By defining our personal boundaries and building our energy through movement on the percussive beat, we will learn to articulate what we want, what we need, and how to get it.

Through our hips and hearts, we will explore clarity, communication, and focused power. We'll act, not just think about it, and unleash the passion that's buried inside us under layers of conditioning.
