Have you ever known a restlessness that cannot be contained? Something stirs in you, and yet you do not know its source, or where it may take you. Do you remember and sense a deep-throated, primal longing that knocks inside your bones and blood, the same desire that appears in the shimmers of the moon, the quiet of the night, and in the mystery of your own beating heart? The moon-shadows call your spirit to awaken, to arise from your slumber, to once again dare to be outrageously alive and give full-throated voice to the passions that inspire and move you.

Celebrate the raw wildness of life by reconnecting with and reclaiming your true, limitless self. With the 5Rhythms® as our guide, we will venture off the beaten path, dancing back into being all that has been lost or stolen, boldly accessing the profound edges of our own instinct and intuition in order to bring to life our deepest yearnings.

NOTES

The early rate is $395 by Nov. 15th, with the standard rate $465.
We will begin Friday the 28th 6:00 p.m. and end New Years day, Tuesday Jan. 1 by 2:00 p.m.

Refund Policy

Refunds: Tuition is refundable minus $50 adminstrative fee until 2 weeks before the workshop commences. After that, tuition is reimbursed at 50% until workshop starts. After workshop starts there is no refund except for emergency situations.

WORKSTUDY AWARDS: PLEASE MAKE REQUEST TO INFO AT MOVEANDBEMOVED DOT NET. IF YOU ARE AWARDED A WORSTUDY POSITION, YOUR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD THE WORKSTUDY SPACE. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR WORKSTUDY ARRANGEMENT, TUITION IS REFUNDABLE MINUS $50 ADMINSTRATIVE FEE UNTIL 2 WEEKS BEFORE WORKSHOP COMMENCES. AFTER THAT, TUITION IS REIMBURSED AT 50% OR COSTS UNTIL WORKSHOP STARTS. AFTER WORKSHOP STARTS THERE IS NO REFUND EXCEPT FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.

SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS: PLEASE MAKE INQUIRES TO INFO AT MOVEANDBEMOVED DOT NET. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED BETWEEN 25-50% WORKSHOP TUITION.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
