DESCRIPTION
Hineni (Hebrew) - Here I Am - fully present in my body, daring to come as I amEineni ( Hebrew) - Here I am not,-Letting out to the open only what is "right", what is known.
This workshop is an invitation to explore both aspects of being, to move between hineni and eineni, and play with the ways we let our ego run the show.
We will navigate through the 5Rhythms map of waves and their shadows.
