DESCRIPTION

In this movement lab we will explore together the interplay of the feminine and masculine in our own bodies and how we relate to each other. When we use the two energies of Feminine/Flowing and Masculine/Staccato in the 5Rhythms map, we unite the primordial essence of “hers” n “his” core power. We will explore how our own sacred sexuality and life force shape us and we will move through some of the personal obstacles that diminish our power and confidence. When we are able to embody the feminine and masculine energies fully, our life force is used to express the healthy Queen/King, Warrioress/Warrior & Lover. Our fullest potential is found in the weaving and balancing of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies within ourselves.
