DESCRIPTION

Embodying the emotional intelligence of the Heart.

Over this weekend we shall explore our Essential Fear, the kind that has our Best interest at heart. Fear protects us, the instinct is to protect what we LOVE.

Grounding our fear with our breath, trusting our feet, whilst using the 5Rhythms first map, flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical & stillness.

My approach to this workshop is to be gentle, kind, non judgemental, allowing YOU to work with what comes up naturally, moving at a pace that suits you.

What wants to be seen, heard, released, witnessed?

During our time together, we shall have opportunities to 'Work, REST & PLAY'

An opportunity if it feels safe to, feel & free our fear on a cellular level, releasing the 'Issues in the tissues'.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
