Join us as we discover the fundamentals of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® with Los Angeles teacher Jo Cobbett. We use the map of the 5Rhythms® to explore our meditation practice through motion. The dance is a way to focus inward while keeping our awareness of the external. When we ground our feet, move our hips, let go of our heads, we start to shift self-consciousness into simply being danced. We begin to let go of the places in our bodies where we hold on tight, and we let our wings expand into the being that we are. When we are grounded in our feet and in our bodies, we can safely explore liberation of movement.
