DESCRIPTION
DearSisters, the circle has opened...Take our hands and join our circle of women dedicated to the journey of wild abandon and holy ecstasy~We invoke the Goddesses to take life within as we move and adorn our bodies in beauty, wisdom and power. I look forward to being with you again in all your beauty and authenticity.We will meet the first Sunday of the month for this 5 month course. Please note that June class will be held on the 11th. We will invoke a Goddess for each rhythm~flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness for each class.
Each class will have a session of movement and healing~ invoking the Ayurvedic wisdom and art of self-care/love.
We will have an optional sleep-over at Be Moved Studio in May for our lyrical offering with dinner, movie, rituals, dance and breakfast before the Sweat your Prayers.
NOTES
Begins Feb 5 and runs for 5 months ~ we will meet the first Sunday of each month, 1:30-4:30.
In May we will have our optional sleepover!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
