Ghost Dance - transforming shadows and touching mystery. Enjoying the embodiment and energy of Gabrielle Roth’s maps, we will explore the creative potential in each of the 5 Rhythms.Changing our point of view about what we reject in ourselves, we will embody and transform the personal and cultural shadows of inertia, rigidity, confusion, spacing out and going numb. Great music, a friendly welcome and a weekend at the deep end of the dance floor.NOTES
Liz Collier will be assisting. Times: 1-7 on Saturday and 11-5 on Sunday

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
