When we are unconscious, we miss out on the joy of embodied investigation and being totally present to the richness of who we are. This movement workshop will guide us as we move – at our own pace – through the five universal rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Each rhythm provides a practical and joyful tool that unleashes the freedom we all yearn for. Free the body, then everything else comes naturally.
This life-transforming practice is suitable for all ages and all levels of physical fitness. It will also support whatever practice you are exploring now, or offer a strong start to self-exploration. No previous experience is necessary.
