GATEWAY - Reflect, Dream, Vision.
Winter gives us time to renew, if we take it. This annual event @ Wildways Retreat Centre is designed to give space and time for us to slow down and reflect, restore & renew. You will be guided with 5Rhythms Dance, supported by community and nourished with laughter, stories and good food. With time in workshops and out on the land, warm evenings by the fire and with the use of ritual and dance we will celebrate and honour each persons journey through the year gone and open the gateway into 2019.
Neil Pinnock will be you guide offering daily 5Rhythms workshops, Ritual Theatre and acts of transformation. He is a trained 5Rhythms Heartbeat teacher and Dramatherapist. He knows the landscape of Wildways intimately through the seasons and has been working there for 15 years.

Prices from £295
Shared communal accommodation and all workshops, fires, saunas and events are included in the price.

WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS
A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
