Through the practice of intuitive movement and surrender to the 5 Rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, we open the gates to our souls, inspiration and higher consciousness. Gate Waves invites you to unlock the hidden treasures of your divine essence and seeks to, fluidly, integrate body, mind and soul into one living, breathing, thinking, loving, dancing Human Being. Julia Wolfermann is a German New Yorker and has been holding weekly 5Rhythms® classes in New York City. Besides the US, her teaching path has also led her to facilitate in Greece, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Mexico and Switzerland.
Having learned directly from the magical team of rhythmic alchemy, Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan, Julia is very excited to be sharing her gifts with you.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
