DESCRIPTION

The archetypes are deep symbols of qualities we all have within. Qualities like being mother, father, teacher, warrior, visionary or healer etc. If one or some of these qualities have not been able to develop within us for various reasons, we experience imbalances or incapability to handle certain situations in our lives. When Gabrielle (Roth) identified, named and practiced the 5 Rhythms as dancer, she realized that they actually were an access to a much deeper teaching of life, living and being a human being as well. She searched for a way to express and communicate these depths, and through this work she created a map of relating archetypes to all the 5 Rhythms. She says: “The Rhythms turned out to be much more than working out my body, they became a way to work out my soul.”In these 5 workshops we will immerse ourselves into Gabrielle`s archetypal world, diving into one Rhythm and it`s relating archetypes each time. Still, every workshop will stand on its own and is in itself complete. So it is not necessary to do them all. But for those who want and can, it is possible to do them all and then work with all the archetypes related to the 5 Rhythms.
