Refund Policy
We realise the unexpected happens and sometimes you need to cancel your ticket.
Please read below the cancel and refund policy that is attached with your ticket purchase.
We appreciate your understanding
Your Initial deposit of $500 is non-refundable.
Cancellation requests submitted before 1/7/25 – refunded all payments less $500 deposit and less 2% per each payment on plan fees if using a plan
Cancellation requests before 1/9/25 – refunded 50% of balance less $500 deposit and less 2% per each payment on plan fees if using a plan
Cancellation requests submitted after 1/9/25 - no refunds given
You can exchange your ticket with another person. This needs to be self organised and notified via email with new person's email and mobile contacts provided before 19/9/25
