DESCRIPTION
A One day movement lab that explores being fluid, rooted and surrendered to our flow, sinking down to earth, connecting to our roots. Flowing is the foundation of the 5 Rhythms, it opens up our energy from ground/feet up. it is the key to discovering all the others.NOTES
