DESCRIPTION
When Lyrical is grounded, when we have the body, heart, mind working as a unit, we are not spaced out. We can improvise movement faster than a jazz musician. In Lyrical we discover that we have the ability to shift energy with freedom, to never get stuck in one possibility and to know that all possibilities are available to us as any time. Lyrical is the rhythm of the soul and the soul is a shapeshifter by nature. ‘( GR)In this movement lab we will dance until our feet have wings, allowing our uniqueness and originality through the landscape of our dance, our Soul on fire. We dance until we get out of our own way into the trance -like, dream state of being falling into your true self.
