DESCRIPTION
An afternoon of 2 Waves:
12.30 - 2pm (includes registration and settling in) - a shorter Wave for families with young children
2pm-3pm - community lunch
3pm-5pm - a longer Wave for the whole family (young children welcome so long as they can follow instructions)

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
