The first in a series of five, each workshop day we tune in with one rhythm in particular. Theme for today: Flow: Freeing our body. We'll experience and discover, we'll sense and take in, we'll find our fluidity moving and dancing through the rhythms of flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. Feel free to join!
