DESCRIPTION
Five mornings (11.00-13.45) to immerse in each of the qualities of the 5Rhythms. We will be dancing under an ancient oak tree in Afroz. Beside the 5Rhythms workshop you can enjoy other meditations in the center, the beach in Skala Eressos is not far away and wonderful to hang out by yourself, with friends you came with or you just met and the sea is inviting for a cooling dip after the movement and dance practice. A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
