DESCRIPTION

 We are so often afraid to feel because few of us have learned to allow the emotions to move through us and be our teachers and allies. Instead we have learned how to suppress them, mask them, hide them away, store them in our bodies and ignore the signals they are giving because simply having, much less expressing the feelings wasn't safe for one reason or another.

So our work here is stripping down the stories we attach to the feelings and looking into the energetic movement of the heart, discovering the essential qualities of the emotions, exploring the language of our emotional intelligence so that we can learn to listen and be supported by the power of our hearts.
