Philadelphia, return to the dance floor this Fall with Ann Kite! She will join us for Essence of a Wave, where we will connect with the heart of our community and unlock the power of movement. This special gathering invites us to dive deep into the essence of the 5Rhythms Wave, exploring the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.

Together, we’ll visit the core of the 5Rhythms practice, uncovering the richness of each rhythm and the wisdom it holds. This workshop is not just a journey through movement but a journey into relationship with each other—reuniting old friends and welcoming new ones into the fold. Through shared experiences, we will strengthen our bonds and invigorate the vibrant energy that defines our community.

Essence of a Wave is more than just a workshop; it’s a homecoming, an opportunity to remember why we dance and to celebrate the spirit of connection that moves us all.

Saturday, 10/26: 6-8:30pm: Workshop Pt. 1 / Community Dance
Sunday, 10/27: 12-7pm: Workshop Pt. 2
