5 RHYTHMS DANCE AND YOGA Earth, Sea and Sky - A celebration of life through movement and community in the Greek sunshine. "We rarely hear the inward music, but we are all dancing to it nevertheless” Rumi When we take time out for ourselves we are able to tune in to the more subtle and deeper rhythms of whom we are. When we come together to share, eat and participate in community we see ourselves in the reflections of others and find our place. When we open to the magnificence of nature in its vast array of sky, sun and ocean, we know we are not alone. Supported through the mindful practices of 5Rhythms and yoga, this is an invitation is for you to join us for a week of nurture and nourishment for body, heart and soul. An alternative beach holiday, based in the well established community setting of Kalikalos in Greece. This holistic centre is related to the Findhorn community whilst located on a lush hillside on the Greek Pelion peninsular. The movement and relationship between 5Rhythms and yoga informs and deepens both disciplines and offers participants new ways to free up body, mind and spirit. Together, 5Rhythms and yoga offer a fresh perspective upon ourselves and help to create an opportunity for transformation and healing.
