DESCRIPTION
What do we do when life comes at us with a ferocity that can disrupt, up-root, scorch and fracture our foundation? Can we begin again to find our grounding and nourishment from deep within the earth and our body? Heralding the arrival of Spring, can we invite the powerful regenerative energy of the season to catalyze new growth within ourselves and our community?The moving meditation practice of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms can offer us a map to explore the vast territory of our body, heart and soul in motion. We can use the dance practice as a means to express our struggles and successes — releasing the past and welcoming the present as an opportunity to heal. The inherent wisdom of the body is our resource for transformation. We offer our stories to the dance in order for a new narrative to be written.
This workshop is an opportunity to bring your whole self into movement in order to align mind and body and embrace who we truly are. With compassion, acceptance, curiosity and connection, we will co-create a safe and sacred container in order to explore renewal and revitalization within each other and ourselves.
No experience is necessary. All bodies are welcome aged 16+.

Refund Policy
Cancellation policy: Participants who cancel their registration 2 weeks before the workshop will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. If a participant cancels 1 week before the workshop, they receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. Less than a week, their refund is subject to another participant replacing them in the workshop: when a replacement is registered, the original participant will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. If a participant does not show up for the workshop without communicating, their payment will not be refunded.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
