wild dance, we recover our authentic language, we rediscover the

intuition that guides us and release the most creative and sacred

aspects of our essence. In that space, we embrace our inner

spark, that universe’s echo living within each of us.

In this workshop we will explore the essence of the 5Rhythms Map, fully immersing ourselves in the body to open our expressive channel. We will be a creative, ecstatic source, and we will allow life to inspire us, move us, free us and make us dance.
