Enchantment is the doorway into wonder, the place where we remember how to be captivated by life. Through the 5Rhythms® practice, we will explore the magic of presence, the wisdom of the body, and the moments when movement becomes a conversation with something greater than ourselves. 

A day to awaken curiosity, beauty, and the extraordinary within the ordinary.

We will explore the magic of enchantment. 

Using our curiosity and movement, along with reflective and collective practices,

 all supporting our investigation of the power of tuning into and following our unique enchantments.
