'Edge Walking' is an invitation to walk between worlds, the known andthe unknown, the comfort zone and the edge, the light and the shadow, the mainstreamand the less travelled roads.

 

We’ll be using the 5Rhythms map to recognize and explore our familiarmovement vocabulary as a way to owning our HOME RHYTHM. From this place we’ll be stretching beyond our limitations, and discovering our GROWING EDGE.

 

This workshop provides a unique opportunity to experience your dancethrough three different teachers' practices. Whether you are a beginner on thedancing path or you’re already an experienced dancer, you'll be encouraged to be curious aboutyour next steps both on and off the dance floor.
