DESCRIPTION
A powerful process of renewal and rebirth.A time in which to go beyond our everyday mind dominated lives as Nature’s energy bursts out of the Winter months we will focus on embracing together the change with an open heart.
We dance to free our body through the 5Rhythms practice to help release our mind and connect with the growing energy of Nature and welcome it into our lives. We will give our heart space and support so it can express it’s truth with the language of the heart: our emotions. With the guidance of our soul we will then be able to blossom in creative expression.
TIMES:
From Friday 29th March – From 5pm (dinner at 8pm)
On Monday 1st April – we finish with lunch together at 4pm.
PRICE OF WORKSHOP:

(+ price of accommodation which depends on the room you choose.)
