This year, Domenica Insieme (Sunday Together) in Turin returns to the essentials, dedicating each gathering to the practice of 5Rhythms®, beginning with the foundations: To inhabit the body. To make space for expression. To reclaim our freedom. To recognize ourselves as part of a community.

Whether you've been practicing 5Rhythms for years or are joining for the first time, Sunday Together is an invitation to devote a whole day to movement, presence, and listening.

Together we move, explore our presence, and allow the body to rediscover its own language through the practice.

The Offering:

The invitation is simple: take the time. Move the body. Breathe. Let go of what weighs you down and reconnect with your energy.

Through the practice of 5Rhythms, we give ourselves time to listen to the body, explore movement, and allow what often remains unnoticed in everyday life to emerge. We do this within an authentic community, where everyone is welcome to be fully themselves.

No previous experience is needed: Domenica Insieme is an inclusive practice, open to people of all ages, bodies, abilities, and levels of experience.

This day workshops will happen all throughout the year, starting in October 25 with Nirvana Sofia Zamarian (Turin) as host, with guest teachers Paulina Lazęk (Poland) on February 28 and Violeta Valenzuela (Spain) on March 14, and Nirvana on May 23.
