DESCRIPTION
The Depths of Winter: deep stillness and deep stirrings. Spring calling in the bones. Dancing from our inner fires. A time for reflection, for checking in, for nurture. A time to shake our anything that is no longer serving us. Dancing from within. Dancing in and dancing out.This year we are dancing in the crucible of Edale, perhaps the loveliest place in the Peak District. Surrounded by the winter hills: Lose Hill, Black Rock Tor, Kinder Scout, Mam Tor. It is a perfect place for this work!
Sessions are timed to coincide with trains from Sheffield and Manchester. You can also sleep over in the hall at no extra cost. We have a dozen pop-up tents to use as sleeping pods. The Sunday session begins at 12.00 so there is plenty of time for a fresh winter morning walk in stunning countryside.
The dance is rooted in the 5 Rhythms maps: a simple, deep movement meditation suitable for all abilities. You really can't get it wrong
NOTES
Cost £80 with concessions for very low-waged, students, unemployed etc. on application. Places are limited and this can be a very popular workshop so early booking is recommended. £15 non-refundable deposit or full payment secures you place. If you pay a deposit, the balance should be paid in advance of the workshop.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
