5Rhythms is a simple, profound movement meditation. A fast track to still the mind and a gateway to ecstasy. No steps or routines; it is about your dance. Soul food for your inner-raver and your inner-Buddha. 

It is deeply healing and great fun.

This event is suitable for all. If you have some experience of 5Rhythms it is a great way to deepen your practice. If you are new to 5Rhythms, it is a perfect introduction.

Chris Boylan is a Waves® and Heartbeat® accredited teacher who has been dancing since 1999 and teaching for 12 years. He offers weekly classes in York, Leeds and Manchester.

There are big discounts for anyone new to 5Rhythms and for those who have, so far, only danced at shorter classes. Cost is £35 standard rate, just £25 if this is your first workshop and £20 for students. Prices increase slightly after April 19th.
