DESCRIPTION
As winter settles in, let us use the 5Rhythms® map to move in the darkness and the shadows of the rhythms, through movement they can come out to dance, the stuck energy can release from the hidden places where they sometimes run the show in a not so hidden way. The exploration of the shadow dance into illumination is held with compassion, gratitude, and heartfelt courage.This is a merging of 2 of my favorite workshops to teach. Dancing with our shadows truly liberates our Deep Magic to shine. In this workshop we will dance into the shadow of each of the 5Rhythms to discover it's liberation through it's embodiment. Freeing our fabulous, fascinating, funky selves to dance deep and true in our lives!
You do not need any experience to participate in this workshop, anyone can participate, just bring your willingness to move from where you are.
