DESCRIPTION

Deep dancing with live music:

One of the most beautiful ways to deepen our dance and open our heart, is to dance with live, improvisatory music, using nature as our dance partner and staying together in a retreat.

Johan Bysell and I will work together guiding you with words and music into soft and intense (or strong) dances. In this openness we will empower our being to hold both our vulnerability, strength and tenderness. We will use the nature around us and we will be in unity and in stillness.

We invite you take this journey with us exploring the relationship between our inner and outer nature.

Prices:

All inclusive: In the venue you will get a bed in a double room and all inclusive food with full service.

Prices for workshop, bed and food, all inclusive:

Early bird workshop: The workshop is either 2650 kr (super early bird) paid before April 2nd, 2900 (early bird) paid before April 29th or normal price 3150 kr paid before start.

In Euro: 355€ super early bird paid before April 2nd; 388€ normal early bird paid before April 29th; and 422€ paid after early bird.

Refund Policy

There is a non refundable deposit of 150Danish Crowns - or you can sell your spot to somebody else.

If you cancel after May 17th, you only get 50% - and if you do not arrive for the workshop or cancel the very day Friday 24th, there is no refund.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
