+5Rhythms ~ Cacao Ceremony ~ Ritual +

Deep into the forest we will gather to dance with the Ancestors, not only those of blood lines but our soul lines as well

 ~ opening the gates through movement and ceremony. 

We will dance through our linage between now and then. 

We will dance through the web of cultures, traditions and the array of medicine and heartache that resides in each of us. 

We will dance with our feet on the earth and the many feet that have danced upon her. 

We will dance with our mothers, fathers and their mothers and fathers. 

In honor of our ancestors, may we join and dance between the worlds, spiraling back to where beginning meets the end.

  5Rhythms® practice calls us through movement to remember and ignite the stories in our bodies, to move through, receive, release and embody the dynamic experience of being human.

Cacao Ceremony is anchored in the medicine of the plant world, the cacao that we drink offers direct connection to the heart and sensual pulse of the earth.

Dancing with the Ancestors will be an intimate group of 20 participants, we will gather in a yurt in the forest surrounded by big trees and warmed by fire.
