DESCRIPTION
At the end of every year, we look back, come to a close and prepare for a new year to come. We wish each other all the best and make good, solid intentions for ourselves, never to be broken. We all know how difficult it is to keep those intentions alive and kicking, to really stick to them and live them ….. and halfway through the year…. who’s still talking about intentions then?In this 3-day 5Rhythms® workshop we will re-discover what we really want and re-member what we truly choose for; with a free mind and a focussed heart we’ll re-connect with our funky soul and re-joice in all the life power we have inside us; empowering ourselves to fullfill our intentions.
You are welcome to join, to look back and let go, to go for what you want, to commit to live your life fully, taking the risk of dancing on the edge. Come and share your breath, your dance, your laughs, your heart, your soul and your inspiration; together as a tribe, we will dance our true colors and get ready for the new year.
In this workshop we'll use Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® dance meditation practice of flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness® as our reliable resource, expanded with Eckhart Tolle-based meditation, bodywork and teachings. We'll create a wonderful mixture of dance, bodywork, meditation, creativity, ritual and humor.
Teaching will be in Dutch/English/German depending on participants' language options.
NOTES
Costs: € 190, early bird till December 1st € 160 (registered and paid)

Refund Policy
Cancellation:
Cancelling your participation with refund is possible till December 1st, we will refund your payment minus €30 administration fee. After December 1st until two weeks before start (December 14th) we will refund 50% of the workshop costs and after December 14th no refund is possible.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
