DESCRIPTION
A multigenerational celebration of the feminine.We will move, explore, honour and embody our feminine body, beyond social demands for a certain shape and size.
We will use the wisdom of life cycles to empower our daughters to stand tall in their own natural gift - their own body.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
