DESCRIPTION
This is a Waves level workshop open to all, no previous experience necessary. It's an invitation to tune in on your own body intelligence, and join us in a refreshing deep dive into the world of the rhythms.
This workshop is being held in the darkest part of the year, opening for a special experience in the extremely powerful landscape of Vesteraalen. It's the "Wild West" of Norway.
