DESCRIPTION
This is a Waves level workshop open to all, no previous experience necessary. It's an invitation to tune in on your own body intelligence, and join us in a refreshing deep dive into the world of the rhythms, in an authentic and open space of movement that we will create together.
This workshop is being held in the darkest part of the year, opening for a special experience in the extremely powerful landscape of Vesteraalen. It's the "Wild West" of Norway.
