This life-transforming practice is suitable for all levels of physical fitness over the age of 14. It supports whatever practice you are exploring now, or offers an excellent start to self-exploration. No previous experience is necessary.

FRI NIGHT 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm, SAT 11 am – 6 pm, SUN 10:30 am – 4:30 pm

Cost:

$225 early registration, with payment on or before October 21, 2018

$250 registration after October 21, 2018

(75% refundable until November 2nd)

Friday only: $35 (no need to register, pay at the door)
