DESCRIPTION

The body is an intelligent organism. It makes us understand clearly what is good for us and what is not good for us. What feeds us and what is toxic to us. He tells us in a thousand ways. It would be enough to listen to him.

What we will do is just listen. We'll move the body to activate it and make it full of awareness and then we'll try to remove something that really isn't good for us, limits us, fills us with guilt, reduces our possibilities, is harmful to us, takes away our vitality.

We will use the 5Rhythms maps and we will explore with the Soul Motion maps.

And will try to work outside as much as the weather is with us.

The diet will be free, in the sense that no one will be forced to do a food detox.

The detox we are going to do is energetic.

This will be a personal choice.

Everyone can participate. No experience is necessary.

We will dance in a place with window on the beach.

150 euros for those who book by 10 September

WHERE TO SLEEP

The hotel will be esclusive for us.

Two nights' accommodation which includes half board.

Breakfast and dinner on Saturday.

Double room: 180 euro for person

Single room: 190 euro

+ 2 euro for turistic tax

If you cancelled after 10 of October, you have to pay one night.
