Please join this 5th annual Winter Solstice Dance, Celebration, and Ritual of embracing the dark and stillness.5Rhythms gives each of us thousands of ways to move, revealing and illuminating the seeds of our dreams as we dance further into the wisdom of our bodies.
The Winter Solstice is a time to look within to the dark - honoring the seeds of Winter dreams with movement from the inside out.
On the longest night of the year people have marked this cycle of the earth and sun with ritual and dance forever. This will be a deep soulful dive into Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms Wave. There will be an altar on the candlelit dance floor with space for you to add anything that symbolizes the dark for you on this night.
